Excellent hotel. New. Great location. Awesome views. Excellent Restaurant. Great breakfast. Swimming pool. Massage options. Electric bikes available. Everything is really awesome. The only thing I would complain is the lack of a lock on the shower/bathtub door.

Just near the lake. Easy to have a talk along the lakeshore. But we live in the room with moutain view, which is normal. Suggest to live in the room with lake view.

Wir haben als Familie im Seehotel Kaiserstrand übernachtet, während wir auf der Durchreise nach Mailand waren, und haben uns dort ganz wohl gefühlt. Wir haben die Kaisersuite in der obersten Etage bezogen und diese war sauber, gemütlich und bot genug Platz für uns vier. Die Kinder mussten allerdings auf dem aufgebetteten Sofa schlafen was recht unbequem war, die Suite hat durchaus Potential für 2 Schlafzimmer. Das Badehaus am See war herrlich zum sonnen und schwimmen und gut im Bademantel zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war ok, gute Auswahl, nur am Sonntag Morgen zu voll und die Mitarbeiter leicht überfordert. Wir saßen in der Lounge und das war ok. Besonders praktisch war die Lage, die uns eine entspannte Weiterreise am nächsten Morgen ermöglicht hat. Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp mit der Familie ist das Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert. Alles in allem ein angenehmer kurzer Aufenthalt. Es fehlt unser Meinung nach etwas Persönlichkeit, ein Gesicht, ein Gastgeber etc. so dass die Mitarbeiter sich noch zugehöriger und sich noch besser mit dem Hotel identifizieren könne.

Acceuil pas top pour un 4* Sourire en option pour la jeune réceptionniste dans anglais très approximatif, je demande pour le parking elle me dit d abord on fait le checking et après je vous dis pour le parking ! elle demande si on va au big event de Bregens réponse non pas suivi d explications ni de proposition, Brochures tout est en allemand y compris mot dans la chambre , Anglais pas maitrisé On patiente dans un bel endroit vue sur le lac car notre chambre pas prête à 14h30, dans ce salon feuilles des fleurs dans vase presque fané, Parking souterrain top Petit dej superbe buffet mais eau chaude pour le thé …Pagaille totale à 9h, manque de place Propreté top en général sauf aspirateur dans la chambre pas passé Repas du soir arrivée 19h sortie 21h 😖pourquoi car 40mn d attente pour viande veau cuite depuis longtemps Serveur charmant et agréable prévenant ! Ponton extérieur tous les coussins extérieurs sont mouillés a 13h pas essuyé malgré temps sec « seat where you want » et pas d effort pour accompagner Réducteur de débit sous la douche exagèré, Lavabo ne ferme pas Table de nuit un tabouret en plastique !

Wir waren für drei Nächte im Schlosshotel Kaiserstrand. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen an der Uferpromenade und auf 30 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bregenzer Hafen entfernt. Das Badehaus, in dem man eine Kleinigkeit essen kann, aber vor allem ein Sonnenbad nehmen und in den Bodensee steigen kann, ist sehr gelungen und ein echtes Highlight. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und modern. Das Früstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Abendessen (bei uns à la carte) war sehr gut. Für Weinfreunde sei erwähnt, dass es eine vielfältige Auswahl zu korrekten Preisen gibt, auch an regionalen Weinen. Einziges kleines Manko war das Personal an der Rezeption: der Empfang war recht kühl und wenig zuvorkommend. Beim Auschecken gab es anfänglich ein grosses Durcheinander mit Konsumationen andere Zimmer, die bei uns gelandet waren. Nach einigem hin und her war dann die Reservierungschefin in der Lage Ordnung zu schaffen und die Rechnung stimmte dann auch auf Anhieb. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal hinfahren!

Wir haben das Restaurant besucht und Saibling bestellt. Leider bekamen wir nur ein kleines Filet , (möglicherweise aus dem Frost nicht frisch ) auf einer großen Portion Linsen keine weitere Zulage wie zB Petersiliekartoffeln wie sonst normal. Durch die Linsen war der Fischgeschmack leider vollständig weg . Das war sehr schade . Der Preis war meines Erachtens zu hoch dafür .Meines Erachtens war dieses Gericht nicht empfehlenswert. Ein kleines Glas 0,2 l Wein kostet dort 13 € !
